Rani Mukerji’s Mardaani 3 Release Date Locked & Our Excitement Is Shadowed With One Concern!

Earlier today, Yash Raj Films (YRF) Officially announced that Mardani 3 will be released in theaters on February 27, 2026 during the Holi Festival period. Powerhouse artist Rani Mukherjee will play her role as her role, which is in the third installment of a very comfortable franchise, Nonsense Cop Shivani Shivaji Rao. The film is being described as dark, deadly and cruel. And by the first look of a highly talented actress, the audience should be for a treatment.

Mardani and Mardani 2: Story and Reaction

The first Mardani film was directed by the late Pradeep Sarkar (Director – Parineeta). Our concern about Mardani 3

Being a fan of both Maradani films and Rani Mukherjee’s acting Chops, we are waiting for the son -in -law for Maradani 3. But our excitement is covered with a concern – the director of the film. We can be wrong, but why we are worried here.

Mardani 3 is being directed by Abhiraj Minwala. According to the information available, he has directed a feature film, Lavayatri, a romantic comedy, which came out in 2018, but received heavy reviews from many critics. Since Maradani 3 belongs to a different style (a hard-touching coop action thriller), it remains to be seen whether Abhirj Minwala can give a film that matches the quality and entertainment quotient of his predecessors.

On the other hand, if we look at the positive side, Abhiraj Minawala has previously been associated with many big films as an assistant/associate director. The list includes films like Band Baja Baraat, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, fanSultan, and Tiger 3. Therefore, big budget films have an important experience working behind the camera under a big banner. In addition, the script of Mardani 3 is written by Ayush Gupta, who gave his writing skills to the terrible Netflix series The Railway Men.

The only anxiety, rather slight apprehension, is whether Abhirj Minwala can direct a high-octane action film, whose predecessors are a solid reputation and fan of the predecessors. He will be under pressure, but it should be suitable for the film in a positive way. In fact, many directors could not fulfill expectations with their first film, but later distributed outstanding films in their career.

In addition, Maradani 2 was directed by Gopi Putran (Associate Director -Mardaani). But Maradani 2 was the beginning of his feature film direction, and he did such a good job there.
