Unique "The Real" co-have Tamera Mowry-Housley is leaving the daytime television show following seven years, she declared. 

Mowry-Housley, 42, wrote in an Instagram post that she had "NO goal" to share the news Monday, "particularly considering the updates on my dear companion Naya, yet now a few reports are coming out and I'd preferably you hear it from me first." 

The TV character and entertainer said she wanted to seek after "stunning new chances" in her "next section" and invest more energy with her family. She wedded previous Fox News journalist Adam Housley in 2011 and the couple has two kids together: Aden, 7, and Ariah, 5. 

The "Sister, Sister" alum joined the first setup of "The Real" has in 2013, close by Adrienne Houghton, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, and Tamar Braxton. The show won consecutive NAACP Image Awards for best talk arrangement and a Daytime Emmy in 2018 for the best moderator.

"The companionships that I've made there will endure forever, and the individuals that I've had the gift to meet have completely changed myself to improve things," she composed. "Notwithstanding, all beneficial things must reach a conclusion, and it's with a mixed grin that I declare that I am proceeding onward from 'The Real.' To my individual hosts, I love you, I will miss you, and I will consistently be there for you. Much obliged to you for showing me, supporting me, and cherishing every last bit of me. Sisters until the end of time."
